Origem This seal of Phitsanulok Province has been described by section 5 of the official act d.d.1939 by the Ministry of interior of Thailand. This act has been reaffirmed by the deputy prime-minister on 2 June 2004. On 18 November 2004 this reaffirmation has been published by the Royal Thai Government Gazette (book 121 special section 129). [1]
